  1. I think that my favorite childhood memory would be that every summer for one week, we would go up to my grandparents rented cabin on a lake. The two cabins on either side of this one would be rented by other family members, and more family would camp at the nearby campgrounds. We would spend the week swimming, fishing, go into town for the town fair & fireworks. It was a blast-all us kids got to basically run rampant without too much parental supervision. Eventually, my grandparents bought a nearby cabin and so we would go up for the week. What is nice is that up until recently even my own children got to experience going to the cabin, similar to when I was a child.

  2. I have so many, but I can't think of one right at the moment. Most of them involve my wonderful grandma. She was so wonderful! Snow ice cream, dress up, piano, pancakes,...

  3. My favorite childhood memory is the train set that my father built. This set was a HUGE train set. He spent many of nights after he got home from work, building it. He created the street signs, the road that weaved in and out of the little town, the mountain that the train went through, the bridge it crossed, the trees, etc. It was very elaborate and so much fun to play with!! I will never forget that train set! :)

  5. I would have to say there are two, the day I got my puppy and the day I got my kitten. I am an only child and living in an area where there we not a lot of kids to play with having my two pets to play with and dress up were the best part of my childhood

  8. My favorite childhood memories are playing outdoors with my friends. We played in the dirt, climbed trees, rode our bikes and just had fun from sun up to sun down. No worries except coming home before dinner. I miss those days.
